Open Access Policy
All research articles published in the Online Journal of Humanities ETAGTSU are fully open access, as ETAGTSU follows an open access policy in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative;
Accoding to Budapest Open Access Initiative “By “open access” to [peer-reviewed research literature], we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited” (see more at: https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org). This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Full text of all content is available for free and can be accessed without delay.
- No embargo period
- No requirement for users to register to read content
ETAGTSU open access statement fulfils the DOAJ definition of open access, which is defined by:
- Immediate free access to the work
- Permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles
- Crawl them for indexing
- Pass them as data to the software
- Use them for any other lawful purpose.
